This issue of The Phantom Press shines a light onto the shadows of Louisville’s gothic underground, tracing its frequencies through decades of music, art, and community. Centered around an interview with Shahn (Motuvius Rex), a musician, performer, and longtime figure in the scene, this conversation explores the birth and evolution of Radio Arcane, Louisville’s gothic radio station, promotions collective, and cultural hub.

The Kentucky Punk Rock Flea Market (KYPRFM), organized by multi-creative, Chelsea Elliott. Wife, mother, and artist, Chelsea was inspired to create an event where the weird can be fully themselves. A judgmental free and inclusive space to shop for oddities, handmade art, and crafts while headbanging to punk rock. This zine explores the KYPRFM and how it came to be and is also amplifying punk voices and the punk scene.
